February Stamp Club Projects

I suppose it is about time to show you the stamp club projects for February since the month is already over half over!  

Our first card used the Geared up Garage stamp set, coordinating thinlits called Garage Gears thinlits and the Classic Garage designer series paper.

The second card is made with the First steps stamp set and some Twinkle Twinkle designer series paper...

I made sure they had both a boy and girl card in the same layout...

Finally, the layout uses the Botanical Butterfly designer series paper (SAB 2019) and the Rectangle Stitched framelits dies.

Classic Birthday

Here is another sample using the Geared up Garage stamp set and coordinating thinlits and designer series paper.  This time I colored the car in with Smoky Slate Stampin' Blends and I again used the Happy Birthday stamp from the Piece of Cake stamp set.

The different patterns of designer series paper from the Classic garage collection were scraps I had leftover from other projects and I decided to use several different ones in the background.  I also added a piece of Galvanized paper that was embossed with the Corrugated dynamic impressions folder to add a little texture.

I have been pulling out the Geared Up Garage bundle quite a bit lately to keep a bunch of masculine cards in my stash.  I like to mix up the patterns from the Classic Garage designer series paper when I put these cards together as well and usually use at least two of the patterns.  

I stamped and colored in my car using Cherry Cobbler and Smoky Slate Stampin' Blends and then die cut it using the Garage Gears thinlits.  There is a Basic Black 2 1/2" circle behind the car which is popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals.

Geared Up Birthday

I am continuing with the birthday theme today, this time with a masculine card that uses the Geared up Garage stamp set along with the coordinating Classic Garage designer series paper and Garage Gears thinlits.

On the background, I also used a stamp in the Piece of Cake set and that is where the Happy Birthday comes from as well.  The gears were die cut from a piece of Gold foil sheets and I used a couple different patterns of the Classic Garage designer series paper in the background.

All Geared Up

There are several great stamp set in the Occasions catalog that work well for masculine cards, the set I chose to use today is called Geared up Garage and coordinates with the Garage Gears thinlits and Classic Garage designer series paper.

I used my Stampin' Blends to color in the car and the Tailored Tag punch to cut out my sentiment.  After I punched the Gray Granite piece, I cut off part of the bottom to make the punched out piece look a little different.

There are some splotch images stamped on the card base using Basic Gray ink and I used three of the patterns of the designer series paper as well.
