With all my heart

I found a card similar to this on pinterest and used this as a workshop make and take this past weekend.  It uses the First Edition specialty paper, hearts embosslit and Adorning accents embossing folder.

We also used the 3/16" corner punch, eyelet border punch, and some linen thread to complete the card.

Black White and Cherry Cobbler

I have another sample for this week's Late Night Stampers challenge of Black, White and one other color, this time using Cherry Cobbler and the Delicate Doilies stamp set

I didn't achieve the effect I started out with in my head, but I still like the card.  The top layer is embossed using irridescent ice and sponged with Basic Black ink.  For the other black layer, I stamped my image with White Craft ink and then carefully sponged Cherry Cobbler on top while it was still wet.

I added a vintage trinket brad, some black satin ribbon, Cherry Cobbler seam  binding, embossed hearts and a little tag with an image stamped from the Tiny Tags set and punched out with the jewelry  tag punch.

Hearts

Our Late Night Stampers theme this week is Love is in the Air.  I decided to play with the Hearts collection framelits and make a fun little box.  The stamp set I used is called Outlined Occasions and is a Sale-a-bration set - don't forget that starts in 2 days!!

I have also used the Perfect Polka Dots impressions folder, 1 1/4" striped grosgrain ribbon, the large oval and scalloped oval punches and the hearts embosslit.
