For the Bride

When I put together some bridal shower cards for a customer awhile ago, I apparently decided to go with lots of retired items.  The stamp set I chose is called Wonderful Moments and I used some Peaceful Poppies and Parisian Blossoms designer series paper (that were in the Occasions catalog earlier this year).

I used a few die cuts from the current set called Ornate Frames for the sentiment layers and colored in the brides with Stampin' Blends markers.

Here are some more simple examples of using the Share Sunshine PDF...

Each one uses some scraps and die cuts along with designer series papers and embossed card stocks.  I also used some circle punches for the card on the top right and the bottom left.  The sentiments on the bottom cards are punched out with the Timeless Label punch.

My stamping time is still pretty limited these days but I had a chance to put together a few cards using the Beautiful Friendship stamp set one day. 

I chose Rococo Rose for the ink color for the flowers and made a few different variations of the same card.

The designer series paper in the background is from the Peaceful Poppies collection and the baker's twine used on the one on the left is from the March Paper pumpkin kit.

February Stamp Club

This month's stamp club projects focus on the Mini catalog and Sale-a-bration items for the most part.  There are so many fun things to try out that it is always difficult to pick which products to use each month!

The first card showcases the Peaceful Poppies designer series paper and Painted Poppies stamp set.  I also used the Stitched So Sweetly dies in both cards this month as well as on the scrapbook page.

For this card, we used the Parisian Flourish folder on the Blueberry Bushel card stock in the background and some of the Lily Impressions designer series paper as well.  The stamp sets used were the Peaceful Moments and Lovely Lily Pad sets along with some Champagne rhinestones.

Finally, for the layout I chose to use some Golden Honey specialty designer series paper (SAB 2020) along with some bright colors.
