Textured Sympathy

I really love the patterns in the Textured Chic specialty paper and decided to make a few sympathy cards using the pattern with faint leaves over the top of the color and texture. 

In addition to the specialty paper, I added a piece of Crumb Cake card stock embossed with the Painted 3d folder underneath the sentiment layer which was die cut with the Stitched So Sweetly dies. 

The sentiment comes from the Peaceful Moments stamp set and the leaves stamped around it are from the retired set called Gorgeous Leaves.

Sending Hugs

For this sympathy card, I used quite a few different products to come up with the final result. For the stamp set, I chose Hand Penned for the flower images and Peaceful Moments and the retired Inspiring Iris for the sentiments.

There is a piece of Hues of Happiness designer series paper along the left side and the Purple Posy layer is embossed with the Timeworn Type folder. There are also a few Glossy Dots added as accents.

Daisy Birthday

The Daisy Garden background stamp has lots of detail in the flowers and I decided to use it for one of my Stamp A Stack cards pairing it with the Peaceful Moments stamp set.

I stamped the image in Basic Gray ink and this time did not color in the flowers and stems, matting the stamped layer on Balmy Blue card stock. There is a little bit of Crumb Cake ribbon behind the sentiment.

While the two cards in the pictures today are not for the same occasion, I made a few different ones with the same layout and designer series paper, Fine Art Floral from the mini catalog. 

The sympathy card uses the Peaceful Moments stamp set and the thank you card uses the Ice Cream Parlor stamp set, both sentiments are punched out with the Timeless Label punch and popped up on Soft Suede card stock.

All My Heart

One of my favorite colors is Soft Sea Foam and for this card I used lots of it!  The card base, next layer and ink color are all the same, although I should have made the sentiment ink a little darker color or reinked my stamp pad as it is a little bit light.

The sentiment is punched out with the Postage punch and I added some Daffodil Delight ribbon behind it for a little accent and to break up the color a little bit.

I paired a background stamp from Comfort and Hope with a sentiment from the Peaceful Moments stamp set on this simple birthday card.  

The image is stamped randomly on the card base with Crumb Cake ink and I added a couple different patterns of designer series paper from the World Of Good specialty paper collection on the side.

Plaid Sympathy

I had a few leftover pieces of some Plaid tidings designer series paper from a previous project and decided to use them on a sympathy card along with a die cut stitched leaf.

The sentiment is from the Peaceful Moments stamp set and is on a piece die cut from the Stitched Shapes framelits.

I may have shared a card with you previously using shimmer paint and re-inkers along with the Lovely Lily Pad (SAB 2020) stamp set...here is another one...

I mixed Grapefruit Grove and Flirty Flamingo re-inkers with Frost White Shimmer Paint (separately) and colored in the flower as well as some of the background on the card base with a Blender pen.  The flower, lily pads and flower outline are die cut with the Lily Pad Dies (SAB 2020) and the sentiment is from the Peaceful Moments stamp set.
