Around the Bend

While playing around with the Around the Bend dies, I put this card together pairing the die set with the Dainty Designs designer series paper (SAB 2023) and a couple different stamp sets.

I started with an Orchid Oasis base and then layered some designer series paper on Mossy Meadow card stock before adding the circles created with the Layering Circles dies.

The sentiment is from the Happy Labels dies and the leaves are from the Forever Fern stamp set.

On the inside, I also added some designer series paper from the same collection so that it shows when the card is closed and is also easy to write on.

Forever After

Earlier in the week I shared a card I put together using the Abigail Rose designer series paper - this card also uses two patterns from that collection.

For the leaves and sentiment, I used the Forever Fern stamp set and Soft Succulent ink.

Life Has Changed

Recently, I was trying to use up some of my designer series paper packs that had just a few pieces left in them by making multiples of different kinds of cards. I used two patterns of this paper from the Eden's Garden collection which is no longer available to purchase.

December Stamp Club Projects

This month a couple of our projects focused on upcoming products in the Sale-a-bration catalog, specifically the Friendly Hello stamp set and Friendly Hello designer series paper that come together FREE with a $100 product purchase. 

We used a combination of the two products on the layout and the first card, adding coordinating card stock colors of Fresh Freesia, Granny Apple Green, Petal Pink and Shaded Spruce.

On the card, we also used some Rhinestone Jewels, and the Scalloped Contours die set.

And on the last card, we used the Forever Fern stamp set along with some Blackberry Beauty specialty paper and Rhinestone Jewels.

Thank Yous

I put together a bunch of thank you cards that my niece can use for graduations thank yous this spring using some colors she intends to use to decorate at her graduation party.  

The background in each card is stamped using the Forever Fern stamp set and a combination of Old Olive and Soft Sea Foam ink.

I used some retired specialty paper from a previous Sale-a-bration for the cards in the top picture since she wanted some Rose Gold in the coloring and some of the current Love You Always specialty paper in the second and third pictures.

Forever After

There are four different packages of designer series paper available in the Sale-a-bration catalog coming up in January - one of them in packaged with a stamp set, but the other three are available by themselves.  The one used in this card is called Flower and Field and I love the colors and images. 

The sentiment comes from the Forever Fern stamp set and I added a die cut from the Stitched So Sweetly dies and some Daffodil Delight ribbon behind it.

Our Thoughts

This card is a mix of lots of different products - current, retiring and retired.  

I started with some Gilded Autumn specialty paper on the side of the Very Vanilla card base.  Next came the layered Stitched Shape Framelits for the layering the sentiment.

On the sentiment layer I added some images from the Forever Fern stamp set in the background using Mint Macaron ink and finally the sentiments from the retired Lasting Lily stamp set.

All My Heart

One of my favorite colors is Soft Sea Foam and for this card I used lots of it!  The card base, next layer and ink color are all the same, although I should have made the sentiment ink a little darker color or reinked my stamp pad as it is a little bit light.

The sentiment is punched out with the Postage punch and I added some Daffodil Delight ribbon behind it for a little accent and to break up the color a little bit.
