A Blessing

While using up some scraps of the Flower and Field designer series paper from Sale-a-bration, I put together a few friendship cards pairing the scraps with the So Sentimental stamp set.

In the background of each, I also used some Granny Apple Green card stock that has been embossed with the Painted Textures embossing folder.

Feel Better

This card is put together with some items from our previous Sale-a-bration along with a couple retiring items.  I started by picking Balmy Blue and Granny Apple Green card stock colors to match my designer series paper pattern. 

The Granny Apple Green layer is embossed with the retiring Absolutely Argyle folder and layered on top of that is a piece of Flower and Field designer series paper and a strip of Oh So Ombre designer series paper.  The sentiment is stamped using the Punch Party stamp set and die cut using the retiring Stitched Shapes framelits.

Mango Birthday

Mango Medley is probably one of the colors I used the least, but chose to use it as the base of this card tying the color in with the designer series paper - Flower and Field from Sale-a-bration. 

In addition to the designer series paper, I added a piece of Misty Moonlight card stock that was embossed with the Lace 3D folder and a die cut made with the Tasteful Labels dies and Just Jade card stock.  The sentiment is made with the Many Messages bundle and I also added some left over Paper Pumpkin self adhesive sequins to finish the card.

Cute as a Bug

I was putting together some cards for great nieces and nephews awhile ago and pulled out the retired Little Ladybug stamp set for some of the little girl cards.  The image is stamped on a die cut from the Tasteful Labels dies collection and the sentiments are stamped on a die cut made with the Stitched Rectangles framelits.

I added a couple designs of the Flower and Fields designer series paper (SAB 2021) along with some twine from a Paper Pumpkin kit to complete the card.

I had some fun playing around with the Baby Pull Toys stamp set recently using some of the Flower and Field designer series paper from Sale-a-bration.  

The pull toys were stamped with Memento Black ink on a die cut from the Stitched Shapes framelits collection and then I colored them in with Stampin' Blends.

Touch of ink

Today I again have a couple cards to share with you using the Touch of ink stamp set which is available until the end of the month for free with a $100 product order.  The first card also uses a piece of the Field and Flower designer series paper which is available for free with a $50 purchase.

On the first card, I also added some In Good Taste designer series paper and a Stitched Nested Label in the background.

The Butterfly outline on both cards was stamped with Basic Gray ink and on the top card the fill color was Daffodil Delight, the bottom card, Purple Posy.

Happy Valentine's Day!

I thought I would share a few Valentine's projects I put together using some retired items, last month's Paper Pumpkin kit and some designer series paper from Sale-a-bration.

Valentine's Day is also my anniversary - 23 years!! The tag below is for my husband's gift and is made with the retired circles framelits, retired Parisian Blooms specialty paper, a stamp and embellishments from the January Paper Pumpkin kit, Love You 

Always Specialty paper and 

the Love You More than Dies.

The card is made with similar items, adding the Well Said stamp set and Flower and Field designer series paper (SAB 2021).

This red tin came in handy for some Hershey's kisses and gift cards for my nieces using the same products in the other projects.

I used some ribbon from the Paper Pumpkin kit along with some ribbon from the Holiday catalog to wrap around it.

I sure can't complain about the designer series paper selection during this year's first round of Sale-a-bration.  Honestly, I am not sure if I could pick a favorite, I love them all.  For this card I chose to use a pattern from the Flower and Field collection.

I wanted to tie in the colors in the pattern with the rest of the card so I used Just Jade ink and Just Jade and Misty Moonlight card stock. The die cuts are made with the Tasteful Labels dies.

February Stamp Club Projects

We used lots of different products on this months stamp club creations including several Sale-a-bration items.

The layout focuses on the Paper Blooms designer series paper from Sale-a-bration and also uses die cuts made with the Stitched Shapes, Stitched Rectangles and Stitched So Sweetly collections.

Our first card uses another designer series paper pack from Sale-a-bration called Flower and Field.  We cut a piece of card stock a few time diagonally and then adhered it to a piece of Gold Foil leaving spaces between the designer series paper.  The sentiment is also from Sale-a-bration and is from the Heal your Heart stamp set.

Finally, we used the Absolutely Argyle folder for our background and the Beautiful Friendship stamp set for the flower and sentiment images on our congratulations card.

Forever After

There are four different packages of designer series paper available in the Sale-a-bration catalog coming up in January - one of them in packaged with a stamp set, but the other three are available by themselves.  The one used in this card is called Flower and Field and I love the colors and images. 

The sentiment comes from the Forever Fern stamp set and I added a die cut from the Stitched So Sweetly dies and some Daffodil Delight ribbon behind it.
