November Stamp Club

Time for another round of stamp club projects!  This time the cards are created mostly using the newest In Colors, one for Christmas and another get well.

The layout this month is digital (which I printed for them) using some fun items from the Amped Up Ampersands digital kit.

I have also used the Chevrons punch kit collection to create the layout and an item from the Project Life Love Story collection.

Look like fun?  You can join us at any time (either in person or in the virtual clubs)!  Just contact me for more details and to get started!

Eat Something Sweet

Here is an idea for when you run out of those cute little burlap bags that came in the September Paper Pumpkin kit (although, you can order a refill kit as well!)...mini muslin bags!

I stamped right on the muslin with Blackberry Bliss and Memento Black inks (be sure you let it dry before you finish the project, it can smear).

I added a quick tag leftover from the Paper Pumpkin kit along with some black baker's twine and orange sequin trim from the same it to finish off the bag.

Add a little candy and you are all set!

Woo-Hoo!

The Project Life set in the Holiday catalog is called Seasonal Snapshot and it covers back to school, fall, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.  I actually used it for the last day of school photos in this layout since it is pretty versatile.

Wyatt's last day of 4th grade meant he was off to a new school this fall (which technically wasn't new to him since he had kindergarten there before there was a school consolidation).

In addition to the Project Life kit, I added some sentiments from the stamp set called Bravo.

Supplies:
Real Red, Old Olive ink
Old Olive, Hello Honey, Real Red, Very Vanilla card stock

Friends Who Know

The saying on this stamp set probably holds true for a lot of friendships or at least is fun to joke about :)

I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo black ink and then used blendabilities to color in the uninked spots before I cut it out.

The Honeycomb folder was used directly on the card base this time and I added a small piece of Flashback designer series paper as well.

Supplies:
Friends Who Know
Memento Tuxedo black ink
Coastal Cabana, Very Vanilla card stock
Flashback dsp
Rich Razzleberry cotton ribbon

Great Sport

A little while ago I made some fun boy birthday cards with the Great Sport and Blue Ribbon stamp sets.

I used some Polka Dot Parade dsp for this one and added some brads to the sides.

I added a few baseballs to the inside of the card and also the envelope.

After that, I made some similar ones with the basketball stamp and the Wacky Wishes birthday greeting.  The designer paper on the cards below is from Parker's Patterns.

Hope you enjoyed these quick and fun cards!

Warm wishes

Our Late Night Stampers challenge this week is to use 1 stamp set, 2 embellishments and 3 colors on our projects.
My first sample uses the Warmest of Wishes stamp set, some 1/4" Marina Mist grosgrain ribbon and a mini jingle bell, and Marina Mist, Garden Green and Whisper White as my colors.

I used the Snow burst impressions folder on the Garden Green card stock and the Marina Mist layer is textured card stock.

2 3/8" scallop circle punch
1 1/4" circle punch

Recess

This is one of the first stamp sets I bought from the Summer Mini catalog and for some reason I just let it sit and didn't even open it until a couple days ago.

I attemped another Clean and Simple type card and stamped the background alphabet in Island Indigo using that as my base to start.

The hopscotch is stamped with White craft ink on Basic Black paper and the slide is colored with Island Indigo and Daffodil Delight.

Supplies:
Recess stamp set
Island Indigo, Daffodil Delight, Basic Black classic ink
White Craft ink
Whisper White, Real Red, Daffodil Delight, Basic Black card stock
1 1/4" circle punch
1 1/4" square punch
