Gift Card holders

 

The Late Night Challenge this week is Gift Card Holders, I know I use lots of them!  The first one is made with a sheet of dsp from the Festival of Prints stack. 

 

 

You only cut 1/2" off the short side so the paper is just about perfect for this one!

 

6 1/2" x 4" dsp

score at 1" and 3 3/4"

Place adhesive on the sides of the 1" flap and attach to the base to make a pocket.

I added part of the 1/2" strip I cut off the dsp to the inside for decoration.

 

The second gift card holder I know you have seen all over and I am not sure who developed the idea.  They are fun and easy to put together as well!

 

 

October Stamp Club projects

This month, I created the layouts with My Digital Studio and added a photo mat to them for something different.  I used the Beau Chateau collection and also some Downtown Grunge elements.

 

 

I added a stamp from the Elements of Style stamp set in the background as well.

 

 

Our first card is I chose to leave the sentiment off the front and gave them an option of adding one to the inside.  We used Serene Silhouettes and Distressed Dots for our stamp sets and Crumb Cake ink. 

 

I added a Christmas card this time that was quick and easy to put together.  It uses the Heart of Christmas stamp set. 

Christmas in the Heart

This week at Late Night Stampers, we have a challenge called Too Cool to Use.  I haven't tried out the Festival of Prints designer series paper stack yet so today that is my "tool cool to use" item.

This is a simple card that uses two patterns from that stack along with the Heart of Christmas single stamp and the Woodgrain Folder and the Oval Accent Clear Bigz Die.

I added a little Victoria crochet trim and an antique brad for an accent.  The card stock colors are Very Vanilla, Soft Suede, Lucky Limeade and Cherry Cobbler.
