July Stamp Club Projects

I am finally getting around to sharing this month's Stamp Club projects!  For two of the projects, I used the Tea Room specialty paper as the focus - the layout and the "Cheers" card...

and on the third one, I used the Hold on to Hope stamp set and Cross of Hope framelits along with the Itty Bitty Greetings stamp set and some Share What You Love designer series paper.

On the Tea Cup card, I also used the Time for Tea stamp set and some glitter enamel dots.

As always, we have room for more in our monthly and virtual stamp clubs so if these projects look like fun to you, contact me here for more information!

Communion Cross

This is another card I made for some First Communion participants at my church a little while back.  I wanted to make them fairly simple since they were for boys so I used a Night of Navy background that was embossed with the Softly Falling folder to start with.

Then, I cut out a circle with the Stitched shapes framelits and two crosses with the Cross of Hope framelits.  The background cross is cut from Wood Textures designer series paper and the top one is cut from Gold foil sheets.  My sentiments come from the Inspired Events stamp set.

Supplies:
Inspired Events
Night of Navy ink
Night of Navy, Whisper White, Basic Gray card stock
Gold foil sheets

First Communion

My niece recently had her first communion and I wanted to use the Cross of hope framelits and Inspired events stamp set on her card.  I made another version of the card to give to the boys who also received their first communion and will share that another day.

First, I colored the background with Stampin' Blends and then added my layers over the top.  The Crumb Cake colored cross was die cut from the middle of the large Crumb Cake circle behind it.  Before I did the die cutting, I embossed the circle with the Basket Weave folder (SAB 2018).

Supplies:
Inspired Events
Pear Pizzazz, Perfect Plum, Early Espresso, Crumb Cake ink
Stampin' Blends
Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla, Wild Wasabi card stock
Circles framelits
Cross of Hope framelits
Springtime foils specialty paper (SAB 2018)
Basket weave folder (SAB 2018)
