Painted Graduation

Another Graduation card today using two of the same stamp sets as the previous one, along with a set called Painted Harvest.  The Itty Bitty Greetings stamp set provided the sentiment which is also punched out with the Classic label punch, and the Birthday Backgrounds set is used on the card base.

I also added a strip of Pool Party card stock that was embossed with the Tin tile folder and some basic rhinestones for accents and texture.

Graduation will be here before we know it, thankfully I have another year before I have to think about my son's graduation but I know it will go pretty quickly!  

This card was made using the numbers from the bonus stamp set we received in the March Paper Pumpkin kit along with the Itty Bitty Greetings and Birthday Background stamp sets.  I also added some stars from a previous Paper Pumpkin kit for a few accents.

Cute and Cuddly

There has been a need for a lot of baby cards lately which is awesome.  I put together a few different ones intended for baby showers - this one uses the Sweet Baby Bundle that includes the Sweet Baby stamp set and Bouncing Baby thinlits.

I used a couple different collections of designer series paper on the card as well - Gingham Gala for the onesie and Share What You Love for the background which is die cut using the Rectangle Stitched framelits.

The bottom sentiment is from the Itty Bitty Greetings set and I also added a few Twinkle adhesive backed sequins for accents.

Butterfly Sympathy

There are so many beautiful patterns in the Botanical Butterfly designer series paper collection - which is an item you can earn FREE with a $50 purchase during Sale-a-bration - and I have used on of the patterns on this simple sympathy card.

I chose a card base of Sea Foam Green and die cut a butterfly using the Butterfly thinlits (retired).  There is a strip of Balmy Blue card stock over the top of the designer series paper to break up the pattern a bit and I chose to use the Itty Bitty Greetings stamp set for my sentiment.  The sentiment is punched out with the classic label punch and popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals.

This card uses several of the same elements as the card I shared with you yesterday - Itty Bitty Greetings, Stitched Labels framelits and Frosted floral specialty paper...

I used a different stitched label die cut and stamped an image from the hostess set called Very Vintage in Gray Granite ink on it.  The sentiment is stamped with Tranquil Tide and I used a leaf stamp from the Painted Harvest stamp set on the background.

I pulled out a thinlit set that I haven't used for quite awhile when I put together this card.  It is called Detailed floral thinlits and I used some Gold foil paper with it.

For the background, I used some Frosted floral specialty paper, I just love the shimmer on the paper and the color combinations as well.  The sentiment is from the Itty Bity Greetings set and is stamped on a die cut from the Stitched label framelits.

July Stamp Club Projects

I am finally getting around to sharing this month's Stamp Club projects!  For two of the projects, I used the Tea Room specialty paper as the focus - the layout and the "Cheers" card...

and on the third one, I used the Hold on to Hope stamp set and Cross of Hope framelits along with the Itty Bitty Greetings stamp set and some Share What You Love designer series paper.

On the Tea Cup card, I also used the Time for Tea stamp set and some glitter enamel dots.

With Gratitude

One of the new colors in the brights collection is called Gorgeous Grape and while I am a big fan of purples, this one will take me some time to get used to I think.  It is the color I used for the card base and also the petals on the flower I stamped (although it was stamped off twice on scratch paper first to lighten it up).  

My background leaves are from the hostess stamp set called Pressed Flowers and the flower near the sentiment is from the same set.  The sentiment comes from Itty Bitty Greetings and I know that everyone will find some great sayings in that one! 

I added some Nature's Twine and basic rhinestones along with a punched Starburst and die cut from the Stitched labels collection.

Mother's Day

While we have passed Mother's Day on the calendar, I wanted to share the card I gave my mom this year since it uses some new catalog products.  

The focus of the card is the stamp set called Very Vintage which is a hostess set.  I stamped the flower image with Crumb Cake ink and the doilies with Pool Party ink.  There is some Tranquil Textures designer series paper in the background as well as a white doily.

The accents are called faceted dots and are cut like the rhinestones and are self adhesive.  There is also a little bit of lace trim and linen thread to finish off the card.
