I am re posting this so you make sure to take a little time to enter the $150 Stampin' Up! product give away!  Just read past my card post and join the fun!

This care uses Crumb Cake, Raspberry Ripple and Whisper White (and some Early Espresso ink).  Very simple to put together, but I like the way it turned out.
Supplies:
Just Believe
Early Espresso, Raspberry Ripple classic ink
Crumb Cake, Whisper White, Raspberry Ripple card stock
Stitched satin Raspberry Ripple ribbon
white gel pen
circle punches -- 1 1/4" and 1 3/8"
Elegant Bouquet folder

I am taking part in the Late Night Stampers Treasure Hunt this time around.  It is like a blog scavenger hunt and here is what you need to do:  Start by finding the clue on my blog and then, find 50 clues from now until October 31st on other blogs in the LNS web ring.  When you have your 50 clues, e-mail them to me at ksobolik@hotmail.com with Treasure Hunt in the subject line and include your clue and on which website you found it.  You will then be in the running for $150 in Stampin' Up! merchandise.  One person who has submitted their 50 clues will be drawn from all the participants and they will get to go shopping!!

The winner will be notified by e-mail and will then pick their goodies!

The contest ends October 31st so you have time to search, but the earlier you start, the easier it might be to find the clues!
My clue is Basic Pearls...one of my favorites!

Happy Hunting!

Loving Thoughts

These cards focus on the stamp set Loving Thoughts that is in the Occasions Mini catalog.  It is a great word set that can be used for a lot of different occasions.

One thing I rarely take out to use anymore is my wheels and I am not really sure why that is.  This is probably my favorite one tough, Music Notes, and I used Early Espresso ink for its image.

Supplies:
Loving Thoughts, Simply Soft
Blushing Bride, Early Espresso, Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla and Soft Suede card stock
Blushing Bride, Soft Suede, Early Espresso, Wild Wasabi, classic ink and markers
Champagne mist shimmer paint
Music notes wheel
Elegant Bouquet impressions folder
Designer Frames impressions folder
Mocha Morning specialty paper
Blushing Bride pleated ribbon
dimensionals
sticky strip
big buttons
hemp twine

Another 1, 2,3

Another Late Night Stampers challenge sample for you today using the "1, 2, 3" challenge of 1 stamp set, 2 embellishments and 3 colors.  This time around I chose the Charming Stamp set, Cherry Cobbler seam binding and a library clip as my embellishments and Whisper White, Cherry Cobbler and Wild Wasabi as my colors.

The Cherry Cobbler layer was run through the Big Shot using the Elegant Bouquet impressions folder.

Distressed Thank You

I CASED this idea from our demonstrator magazine, but I love the effect.  I used the Elegant Bouquet impressions folder on Whisper White textured cardstock and the texture and impression are on the inside of the card.  The Island Floral die cut the flowers and leaves out for me and then I crumpled them up and sponged some Soft Suede ink onto them before layering with a brad.
Very simple, but I love the layers and texture.
