This is another Stamp A Stack card in the rotation the last couple of months pairing retired stamp sets with current (although no longer available) designer series paper.

The designer series paper was in the Holiday catalog and is called Lights Aglow. It was a 6" x 6" collection with some rich colors and designs. The stamp sets used are called In the Pines and Encircled in Warmth and I also added some snowflakes using Metallic Silver ink with a stamp from the In the Pines stamp set.

I made one last Christmas card to share with you using the For Unto Us and In the Pines stamp sets.

I cut 1" off the front side of the card base and added some Poinsettia Place designer series paper to the inside of the card along with some stamped images.  On the front, I also used the same designer series paper, a die cut from the Tasteful labels dies and some Fine Art 3/8" ribbon.  There are a few champagne rhinestones added to complete the card.

Stampin' Up! On Stage Projects

I was recently able to take part in Stampin' Up!'s On Stage At Home event, normally I am not able to attend the in person events because they happen during a time of the year that could interfere with farming schedules (one just never knows about the weather!).  So this time, COVID 19 helped me to attend...and I am very grateful to have been able to take part in it!

These cards were part of the stamp and share experience (make and take type of portion of the event). While I did not purchase the actual products that were used, we had the dimensions of the materials ahead of time and I chose to use what I had at home.

For the designer series paper, I chose to use the Snowflake Splendor collection and pulled the ink and card stock colors from that with the exception of Mossy Meadow which I just threw in the mix. For the stamp sets, I chose In the Pines, For Unto Us and Tasteful Textures.

Thinking of You

In this fall themed thinking of you card, I have chosen to use the Old World Paper embossing folder in the background on some Pretty Peacock card stock.  I love the detail of the texture when I use this embossing folder.

The leaf was die cut using the dies in the Love of Leaves bundle and there is a piece of In Good Taste designer series paper behind the Cajun Craze card stock.  The sentiment is from the In the Pines stamp set and I also added some Bumblebee ribbon.

September Stamp Club Projects

This month's stamp club projects use lots of different colors, patterns and stamp sets covering both the holiday catalog and the idea book.  

The layout uses the Poinsettia Place designer series paper and I chose to use lots of the different patterns in both the background papers and also the punched circles.

The first card uses the Forever Fern stamp set and Forever Greenery designer series paper, I used colors coordinating with the designer paper with the exception of the Highland Heather stamped images.

Next, we used the Press On stamp set and Tin Tile folder along with the Tasteful Labels dies for the thank you card.

And finally, a bonus single layer card using the In the Pines stamp set.
