Adorned Palette

I put together several different products to create this wedding card, most of which were found in my scrap container and some of which are retired but still fun to use!  I began with the Stitched Seasons framelits for my sentiment layer and mat.  

Then, I added a piece of Joyous Noel specialty paper behind the layers.  Lastly I used the Sale-a-bration stamp set called All Adorned in the background with Soft Suede and Crumb Cake ink creating the layers.

Blended Thoughts

I love using the holiday paper collections for other occasions...on this card I used some Joyous Noel specialty paper in the background of a sympathy card.  The base of the card is Tranquil Tide  and blends into the designer paper of the same shades.

The wheat image comes from the Blended Seasons stamp set and the sentiment is from Wishing You Well.  The die cuts are made using the Deco label framelits and Stitched shapes framelits.

Happy Thanksgiving!  

Today's card isn't really in that theme, but I wanted to share it with you today anyway.  I used the Painted Harvest stamp set to create a wreath and added a banner using a sentiment from the Wishing You Well stamp set.

There is also a tree image on the card base from the Winter Woods stamp set and I added some Joyous Noel specialty paper on the base as well.  For accents, I used some adhesive backed sequins and 5/8" Merry Merlot and Copper reversible ribbon.

Grateful

Not too long ago, I was putting together some "friend" cards and wanted to use the sentiment below from the Country Home stamp set.  I decided to add "friend" from another stamp set above the sentiment and I did it by masking out "hello" on a stamp that said hello friend.  The stamp comes from the Happiness Surrounds stamp set (see below).

As in yesterday's card, I used some Joyous Noel specialty paper (you can understand why this paper is no longer available when you see all the patterns, it is just beautiful and they ran out more quickly than anticipated!).  The stamped layer was cut out with the Stitched Seasons framelits collection.

Divine

This card came about because I found I had not used a wine bottle image I had stamped, colored and cut out when working on a bunch of cards at some point in the past.  I must have made too many and forgot all about it...

So since my stamping and coloring was done, I just needed to pick my layout and colors - I chose to add lots of layers including some Joyous Noel specialty paper, Fresh Fig card stock and an embossed piece of Black foil sheets.  

In addition, I added a pearlized doily that has a piece of Whisper White card stock behind it to keep the black from showing through.  Then I completed the card with the wine bottle and some baker's twine from the September Paper Pumpkin kit.

Noel

I really love using the Joyous Noel specialty designer series paper - both the colors and the copper accents make it one of my favorites in the holiday catalog.  If you look on page 29 of your holiday catalog, there is a coordinating stamp set called Peaceful Noel (also see below) that has some fun sayings and designs. 

I put the two together for this card and also used the 5/8" striped burlap ribbon as an accent.  The card is finished off with some red rhinestones.

October Stamp Club Projects

I have been able to get a few projects created in the last couple days so I am going to slowly get back to posting regularly for you!  Today I will share the October Stamp Club Projects with you, we did not meet but each of the members still receives all the projects.

The first card use the Winter Woods stamp set and Joyous Noel specialty paper...

In October I usually have one Halloween card or project for my stamp club members so our second card fits in that category using the Takeout Treats stamp set and Toil and Trouble designer series paper.

For the layout, I chose to use the Country Lane designer series paper along with coordinating card stock colors.  I added a doily and galvanized button as accents as well.
