Here for You

I had some extra pieces leftover from the graduation banners I shared with you earlier this week and thought I would make some cards with them using the Urban Underground specialty paper.

I chose a couple different patterns of the designer series paper and used a sentiment from Sending Thoughts.  The top circle is popped up with dimensionals and I added some Urban Underground embellishments to finish it off.

Supplies:
Sending Thoughts
Basic Black ink
Very Vanilla, Basic Black, Basic Gray card stock
circles framelits
stitched shapes framelits
decorative dots folder
Urban underground specialty paper

I've Got This

I was in the mood to use the daisy stamp in the Helping Me Grow stamp set the other day and decided to pair it with the Sending Thoughts stamp set and some pretty designer series paper.

I chose to use the Falling in Love designer series paper for the background and the Succulent Garden designer series paper for the sentiment that is also punched out with the decorative label punch.

I added a little linen thread behind the sentiment for some texture as well.

Supplies:
Helping Me Grow, Sending Thoughts
Tip Top Taupe Crushed Curry, Wild Wasabi ink and markers
decorative label punch
linen thread

I've Got This

The sentiment on this card is the reason I purchased this stamp set Sending Thoughts even though I like others in the set.  I know it will be used quite a bit around here...

I paired it with the Butterfly Basics stamp set and the Honeycomb embossing folder.  The striped piece of card stock behind the flower layer is a random Project Life card.

Supplies:
Butterfly Basics, Sending Thoughts
Soft Suede, Crumb Cake, Wild Wasabi, Sweet Sugarplum ink and markers
Mint Macaron, Whisper White, Crumb Cake card stock
honeycomb folder
linen thread
Stylish Stems framelits
Project Life card

Here for You

We are keeping in what might be the theme of the week today - simple cards with layers.  I chose to use more colors of card stock today than in the card I shared yesterday and like the finished look better I think.

My base is Sweet Sugarplum and I used Pool Party to mat the designer series paper and sentiment.  There is some metallic thread and Sweet Sugarplum ruched ribbon behind the sentiment for accents as well.

Supplies:
Sending Thoughts
Sweet Sugarplum ink
Sweet Sugarplum, Pool Party, Whisper White card stock

Sending Thoughts

There are a few different stamp sets in the Occasions catalog that are just sentiments and I have chosen to use one of them on the card today paired with another Sale-a-bration stamp set.  The sentiment set is called Sending Thoughts and the Sale-a-bration set is called Avant Garden.

I again used some of the Cupcakes and Carousels designer series paper in the background - I promised I will share some of the other designer series papers too!  :)

I added a little bow with some linen thread to the flower stem using liquid glue.

Supplies:
Sending Thoughts, Avant Garden
Early Espresso, Pear Pizzazz, Calypso Coral ink
Soft Sky, Very Vanilla, Early Espresso card stock
Cupcakes and Carousels dsp
