May Paper Pumpkin Alternative Layout

As promised, here is the layout I created with the May Paper Pumpkin kit.  The base is Crumb Cake and I added some accent card stock as well as photo mats but the rest of the pieces are from the kit, some of them just cut down into smaller pieces.

The pattern below is an envelope front that was cut down and mounted on Soft Suede card stock.

The May Paper Pumpkin kit had some very pretty patterns for the cards, the first picture is the four cards that the kit was designed for...

I created a couple alternative cards making them a little bigger (A2) on Very Vanilla and Crumb Cake card bases by cutting down the original card bases.

All of the pieces for these two cards were in the original kit except for some card stock that was added.  I also had a couple other alternative cards but gave them away before I had time to take pictures of them!  

Tomorrow I will share the layout I created with the kit...

June Stamp Club Projects

The June stamp club projects focused around new products and colors.  The layout uses the Woven Threads designer series paper, which I think might be my favorite of the new papers.  I also used the Stitched Nested labels as accents and new In Colors for card stock - Rococo Rose, Seaside Spray, Terracotta Tile and Purple Posy...

The first card is a masculine one using the Sailing Home stamp set and coordinating Come Sail Away designer series paper.  We also used the new Timeless Punch label for the sentiment.

Finally, the last project is a card using the Verdant Garden stamp set, Stitched Rectangle Labels, Pretty Peacock Scalloped Linen Ribbon and Pretty Peacock and Seaside Spray ink.

May Stamp Club Projects

Well, I am finally sharing the May Stamp Club projects with you!  

The layout uses a designer series paper that was in the Occasions catalog called Happiness Blooms and I used the banner triple punch for all the angles.

The first card uses the Tea Time framelits and an embossing folder from the occasions catalog along with the Stitched Rectangle framelits and some polka dot tulle ribbon.

This card uses some products that were available to demonstrators before the new catalog was available to customers...Woven Heirlooms and Woven Threads designer series paper along with some Sahara Sand woven threads trim and the Stitched Nested labels thinlits.

Open Gate

The crops are all in and the seed potatoes are all shipped out to customers so I am hoping to be able to start posting regularly again!  Of course we will have baseball games for the boys almost every night now for the next couple months as well...

The stamp set I used for this card was in the previous Idea Book and Catalog, but it is carried over into the one that just came out as well.  It is called Let It Ride and I love the sentiments in it!  

The little wooden element is one that was part of a free gift with a Paper Pumpkin kit a little over a year ago and I thought it worked well as an accent.

I am going to probably take a little (hopefully) break from sharing projects with you while we get the crops in the ground.  Hopefully it won't be a long break, but I never know how it will all go...

So the last card I will share for awhile uses the Share what you love specialty paper as the background for the Dandelion Wishes stamp set.  I added a couple stitched die cuts as well, using the Stitched Seasons and Rectangle Stitched framelits. 

There is also a strip of Old Olive card stock added to the side on the inside of the card.  It is about 3/4" long...
