April Stamp Club Projects

Lots and lots of designer series paper went into these projects!  The layout uses the Peony Garden collection and coordinating colors along with some banner punches and the Stitched Nested Labels framelits.

The Peony Garden designer series paper is on sale right now and is also retiring...

The first card also uses a retiring item - Dandelion Wishes - one of my favorite stamp sets!  I paired it with the In Good Taste designer series paper which is coming back in the new catalog...

Finally, we used the Ice Cream Corner designer series paper and Ice Cream Corner stamp set.  The foil in the background is from the Love You Always Foil Sheets package and is embossed with the Tin Tile folder.

Dandelion Sympathy

For the sympathy card below, I have used the same embossing folder as I did for the card yesterday - Absolutely Argyle, this time on Granny Apple Green card stock.

For the image, I used the Dandelion wishes stamp set and the sentiment is a retired set called Kindness and Compassion.  The sentiment layer is die cut with the Stitched Rectangles folder and I added some In Good Taste designer series paper to break up the background a little bit.

Well Wishes

My favorite collection of designer series paper from the Holiday catalog is the Come to Gather paper.  For this card, I have used three of the patterns along with some die cuts using the Seasonal layers thinlits.

The sentiment is from Dandelion Wishes and I have cut that layer and its mat out with the 2 1/4" and 2" circle punches.

Frosty Wishes

It definitely feels like frost around here lately!  That is the name of the designer series paper that I have chosen to use in the background on this card as well.  It is paired with some Noble Peacock foil sheets and the Dandelion Wishes stamp set for this wedding card.

The sentiment is stamped on some Basic Gray card stock that was die cut with the Stitched labels collection and I added some dandelion images with White Craft ink.

Love & Happiness

I have added this card to my Stamp A Stack rotation, pairing the Pressed Petals specialty designer series paper with the Dandelion Wishes stamp set.

The background is stamped with Petal Pink ink and the sentiment and large circle die cut are Merry Merlot ink and card stock.  

I really love the patterns and colors in the Pressed Petals specialty paper - beautiful flowers, burlap, script, musical paper, wood texture, etc...

I am going to probably take a little (hopefully) break from sharing projects with you while we get the crops in the ground.  Hopefully it won't be a long break, but I never know how it will all go...

So the last card I will share for awhile uses the Share what you love specialty paper as the background for the Dandelion Wishes stamp set.  I added a couple stitched die cuts as well, using the Stitched Seasons and Rectangle Stitched framelits. 

There is also a strip of Old Olive card stock added to the side on the inside of the card.  It is about 3/4" long...

Wishes Your Way

I love using the dandelion images from the Dandelion Wishes stamp set for various types of cards, but for this one I chose to use a sentiment that comes in the same stamp set...

I chose a Mint Macaron background and added some Botanical Butterfly designer series paper and bakers twine before adding a sentiment stamped on a die cut from the Spot of Tea framelits collection.
