August Stamp Club Projects

This month's stamp club projects focused on the Holiday catalog.  There are so many fun new and also returning designer series paper packs you will be sure to find something you will love.

The first card uses the For Unto Us stamp set and the Poinsettia Place designer series paper.  The gold foil piece is embossed with the Wrapped in Texture embossing folder (there are actually two different patterns in this set, this is just one of them).  The die cut for the sentiment is made with the Tasteful Labels dies.

Next we made a birthday card using the Itty Bitty Birthdays and Beauty Abounds stamp sets along with the Snowflake Splendor designer series paper.  This collection has patterns you can use for any occasion as well as many different snowflake patterns.

And finally the layout uses the Gilded Autumn specialty paper and the Stitched Leaves dies.

I love the colors in the Noble Peacock specialty paper as well as the embossed patterns.  I chose to use one of the patterns for this cards featuring the Beauty Abounds stamp set and Layering squares framelits.

I die cut some Smoky Slate card stock with the Layering Squares framelits for the top layer on the card.  The sentiment is from the retired Colorful Seasons stamp set and I added a few basic rhinestones for accents as well.

Butterfly Beauties

I had die cut a bunch of butterflies from the Butterfly Beauties Dies awhile ago using the Joyous Noel glimmer paper from the Holiday catalog.  These are some of the cards I put together with them...

The labels are punched with the Darling Label from the punch box and I used the Beauty Abounds stamp set for the sentiment and background stamping.  The background stamping was done with Merry Merlot and Basic Gray ink that was stamped off on scrap paper to lighten the images.

Pressed Petals Thanks

I love the patterns in the Pressed Petals specialty designer series paper pack.  For these cards, I used two different patterns from it on each card matting them both on some Merry Merlot card stock.

The sentiment is from the Beauty Abounds stamp set and is punched out with the Classic label punch.  There is also some retired Merry Merlot ribbon wrapped around the first matted layer of designer series paper.

March Stamp Club Projects

It is time for the monthly stamp club projects again!  I used several of the second release Sale-a-bration items for these projects along with a few other items...

The layout features the Painted Seasons designer series paper (SAB 2019) and I have used a retired die for the big shot as well as circle and starburst punches.

The first card showcases the All Adorned stamp set (SA B 2019) and a sentiment from the Needle and Thread set.

Lastly, I used the Piece of Cake stamp set and builder punch, Beauty Abounds stamp set and some Broadway Bound specialty paper for our last card.  The Balmy Blue layer was die cut with the Rectangle Stitched thinlits.

Painted Seasons

It is always fun to see the second releases for Sale-a-bration!  The stamp set I have used on this card is called Painted Seasons and it comes in a bundle with some coordinating designer series paper at the $100 level.  

I stamped my flowers with Fresh Fig ink and then used the paper snips to cut them out.  The leaves are stamped with Shaded Spruce and then I popped up the flowers, added some braided linen trim, a small piece of satin ribbon and some pearls to finish.

People Like You

The Needles & Thread and Beauty Abounds stamp sets were paired together to make the cards I have to share with you today.  One is on a Balmy Blue card base and the other on Whisper White.  

Each one has a 2 1/2" circle punched out from some Graceful Glass designer Vellum that was colored with Stampin' Blends.  The background images are stamped with Mint Macaron, Highland Heather and Night of Navy.
