Painted Autumn

For these cards, I played around with a couple different things using the same layout and colors.  The Pumpkin Pie background is embossed with the Polka Dot Basics folder and then I added some Painted Autumn designer series paper on one side.

Next, I stamped the leaves and cut them out with the paper snips before attaching them.  For the card on the left, I used the Oh So Eclectic stamp set and used my Stampin' Blends to color in the flower.  On the right, I used the Painted Harvest stamp set and Daffodil Delight, Peekaboo Peach and Soft Suede ink.

Supplies:
Painted Harvest, Oh So Eclectic, Big on Birthdays
Basic Black, Soft Suede, Daffodil Delight, Peekaboo Peach, Lemon Lime Twist ink
Stampin' Blends
Basic Black, Very Vanilla, Pumpkin Pie card stock
Starburst punch

Carols of Christmas

This month as we anticipate the upcoming Holiday Catalog, Stampin' Up! has a preview that can be purchased early.  It includes the stamp set I used on these two cards, called Carols of Christmas.

The sentiments are nice and big and they come with several smaller images for decoration which I didn't use on these cards.  The video below show you all the details about the stamp set and bundle option.

I also used the Polka Dot Basics folder and Eclectic Layers thinlits to complete the cards.

You're Delightful

The hostess stamp set called You're Delightful has some great large sentiment images in it that can be paired with some much smaller ones.  That is what drew me to this set and I have had some fun playing with it.

I started out embossing a piece of Soft Sky card stock with the Polka dots basics folder and then cut out a couple of layering circles using Lemon Lime Twist card stock and Naturally Eclectic designer series paper.

Supplies:
You're Delightful
Tranquil Tide ink
Soft Sky, Whisper White, Lemon Lime Twist card stock
Polka dot basics folder
Layering circles framelits
cotton ribbon

For the Bride

I recently had an order for a variety of cards and included in the order was a request for some bridal shower cards.  The one I am sharing today is one of the designs I put together using some Falling in Love designer series paper and the So Detailed Thinlits.

My sentiment is from the Special Occasions stamp set and I used Early Espresso ink.  For some accents I also added some rhinestones and a lace doily.

Supplies:
Special Occasions
Early Espresso ink
Lost Lagoon, Crumb Cake card stock
rhinestones
lace doily
So Detailed thinlits
