Happy

I am so behind on my scrapbooks these days I thought I would throw a page in today.  There are a few Sale-a-bration items from this year on this page - the designer paper and the
Fresh Vintage stamp set.

I used the Designer Rosette Bigz XL die and did not fold the creases before I added it to the left side of the page.

I just love the little trinket keys so I had to add one and the title is die cut with the Timeless type alphabet.

Supplies:
Fresh Vintage
Pursuit of Happiness
Crumb Cake, Old Olive, Soft Suede, Very Vanilla and Pool Party card stock
Crumb Cake, Soft Suede and Pool Party classic ink
Pool Party Ruffled Ribbon
Timeless type alphabet die
Designer Rosette Bigz XL

Thinking of You

This is another quick and easy card using the Fresh Vintage stamp set from Sale-a-bration along with the Everyday Enchantment designer series paper, also from Sale-a-bration.

I used Soft Suede classic ink for all the stamping and the sentiment is from Sincere Salutations (I just love that set!).  For the brad, I wrapped the ribbon around the Soft Suede and DSP layer three times and then tied a bow; then I opened up the brad a little and wrapped it around the ribbon before I pushed it through my hole and secured it.

Fresh Vintage CASE

I cased this card from Maureen Merritt and used it as my second make and take card last weekend at my workshop.  It uses the rock and roll technique and the Fresh Vintage stamp set from Sale-a-bration.

The senitment is from the Just Believe stamp set and we added some basic pearls and a strip created with the scallop ribbon border punch.  The impressions folder we used on the bottom portion is the Square lattice.

February Stamp Club

The first card this month is a CASE of one done by Dawn Olchefske that I changed just slightly.

This is another Z fold card that is very simple and quick to put together using Crumb Cake and Wisteria Wonder.

And finally the layout for the month showcaseing Sale-a-bration items.  I used the Fresh Vintage stamp set and Everyday Enchantment designer series paper.

More Stamp Camp projects

As promised, here are the other projects we worked on during our Stamp Camp last weekend.

Lisa's card features the labels collection framelits and the Sale-a-bration stamp set Fresh Vintage and the designer paper, Everyday Enchantment.

I just love these stretchy bookmarks!  We let the group choose their design and ribbon for these.

Scallop Circle

Our weekly challenge at Late Night Stampers this week is to make a card without using a square or rectangle.  For my first sample I chose the scallop circle shape.

I used the scallop circle die and the big shot to get my shape, if you fold over a piece of card stock and lay it onto the die so that the fold is slightly below the top edge of the cutting area, it will create a card for you.  There is a layer of dsp on top which is a sneak peek of the Sale-a-bration Everyday Enchantment designer series paper.

The stamp set is another sneak peek for you of an upcoming Sale-a-bration item called Fresh Vintage.

I added a sentiment from Bring on the Cake to the inside.

Supplies:
Bring on the Cake, Fresh Vintage
Very Vanilla, Peach Parfait, Lucky Limeade card stock
Poppy Parade, Lucky Limeade classic ink
Scallop circle die
Everyday Enchantment dsp
basic pearls
vintage trinkets
Victoria Crochet trim ribbon
Vintage wallpaper impressions folder

scallop circle #2 die
3" circle die
2 1/2" circle punch
