Non Winning Artisan Award Project #4

Today's card goes along with our Late Night Stampers Challenge of using lace on your project.  You can see the design team ideas and entries here.  Hope you play along!

Here is card #4 for you, just one left for tomorrow and then on to the scrapbook pages!  I used the More Amour specialty paper and the coordinating colors along with the Artisan Embellishment kit.

I love those little flowers and had to figure out how to use them in a project!

Texture was added using the Perfect Polka Dots and Honeycomb folders.

And finally the inside of the card.

Basic Gray, Very Vanilla, Pool Party, Primrose Petals card stock

Memories

I really love using the Distressed Dots background stamp for all kinds of things, scrapbook backgrounds, cards, tags, etc.  It is retiring, but I know it is one stamp I won't let go of for awhile.

On this card, I used Wisteria Wonder ink with it for the background on Very Vanilla card stock.  The tree comes from the Lovely as a Tree stamp set and the sentiment from Blessings from Heaven.

I paired Soft Suede with the Very Vanilla and Wisteria Wonder and added some Artisan Embellishment Kit lace. The tree image is stamped over faux mother of pearl background that I used the champagne shimmer paint to create.

Tea for Two

I think I shy away from the Tea Shoppe stamp set because I feel like I need to cut out the tea cup when I use it - truthfully it doesn't take that long when I do, but I guess I tend to avoid cutting, LOL!

Supplies:
Tea for Two
Perfect Plum, Island Indigo ink
Whisper White and Perfect Plum card stock
Artisan embellishment kit
Island Indigo ribbon (sale-a-bration)
