Perfect Attendance

During the UStamp with Dawn and Friends Worldwide Showcase blog hop, we had a couple creative challenges, one with a picture as inspiration and another as a project as our inspiration.

This page was done using the picture as inspiration and I made a page for my boy's and their perfect attendance picture.  The designer paper is Celebrations and I also used lots of circle punches and then ran them through the Big Shot using the Perfect Polka Dots impressions folder.  There is also a part Top Note for a quick journaling area and a banner using the upcoming Petite Pennants Builder Punch.

Thanks A Million

I decided to make the sketch for Mary Jo's challenge this week match the Late Night Stampers patriotic challenge and do it red, white and blue.
Originally, I was not going to spritz the card, but I smudged some Pacific Point ink so needed to cover it up!

Supplies:
Word Play stamp set
Real Red, Whisper White card stock
Celebrations quick accents
Celebrations Designer Series paper
Blueberry Crisp designer series paper
Pacific Point, Real Red classic ink
Brights button
hemp twine
glue dots
On Board Mix and Match chipboard (star)

Quick and Easy Birthday

This is a super fast and fun birthday card using the Celebrations designer series paper and the Bring on the Cake stamp set.

I colored in the sentiment image with Bashful Blue and added a 1/4" real red grosgrain ribbon to the side.  The sentiment is popped up with dimensionals.  Colors are Real Red, Pacific Piont and Whisper White.

My world is empty without you

Another layout for the Soul Scrappers Glee Club, this one is themed with Soul music.  I chose a couple pictures of the boys, one when Wyatt was only about a month old and another from last summer.  The top one is one of my favorites of the two of them.
I bunched up some ribbon on the bottom and stapled it to the paper and then did it a few more times for a different look.

Tin purse

I am going to work on projects with a Girl Scouts group tonight and I thought they might like to make these projects. Since our time is limited, I did most of the prep work for them, but hopefully they will have fun with these.

The tins were on our Clearance rack last fall and I used the crop-o-dile to make holes to add the ribbon so it can be a little purse.  There will be a book mark and a little note pad to put inside that matches.

For this sample, I used the Celebrations Designer Series paper, Grunge Rock and Friends Rock stamp sets along with the Top Note and Two Tags dies.  There will be another version with the retired Razzleberry Lemonade Designer Series paper as well.
