Raindrops

The current Late Night Stampers challenge involves using crystal effects in some way on your card or project.  I decided to make some little raindrops on and around my flowers using the crystal effects and also chose some designer series paper that looks like raindrops to go behind it.

You can see a little better on the picture below how the raindrops turned out.

The designer series paper is from the Moonlight stack in the upcoming catalog and the stamp set is again Bloom with Hope.

I added some Blackberry Bliss 3/8" stitched satin ribbon and some naturals designer buttons to finish off the card.

Supplies:
Bloom with Hope
Blackberry Bliss, Mossy Meadow, Wild Wasabi, Wisteria Wonder ink
Whisper White, Mossy Meadow, Lost Lagoon card stock
Moonlight dsp stack
decorative label punch
crystal effects
naturals designer buttons
Blackberry Bliss 3/8" stitched satin ribbon

You're Lovely

Although I have had the Hexagon Hive thinlit for a while, I have not had a lot of time to play around with it other than one card I shared with you awhile ago.  There will be another project this week using it as well so stay tuned!

For this card, I paired it with some wood grain Naturals Composition specialty paper and the Deco Label Framelits.

The paper that the image is stamped on is actually one of the designer papers in the Downtown Grunge collection of My Digital Studio.  I had printed it for something else and thought the Soft Suede ink and this stamp would look nice on some of the scraps I had left over.

Supplies:
You're Lovely
Soft Suede ink
Very Vanilla, Early Espresso, Crumb Cake card stock
Naturals composition specialty paper
Deco label framelits
Hexagon hive framelit
My Digital Studio
Very Vintage button
Linen thread
sponges

See ya later!

Well, this card is kind of for my kids...we are on vacation without them and missing them like crazy.  It also ties in with the Late Night Stampers challenge of using embossing of some type on your project.

My background is from the Gingham Garden designer series paper pack and I added some Decorative Dots embossing on Daffodil Delight and some Honeycomb embossing on my Apothecary accent.

The sentiment is stamped on an image from Everything Eleanor that I cut out with my paper snips.

Supplies:
See Ya Later, Everything Eleanor
Pear Pizzazz, Island Indigo, Daffodil Delight, Whisper White card stock
Old Olive and Crumb Cake ink
Apothecary Accents
Honeycomb folder
Decorative dots folder
Naturals designer buttons
 5/8" Chevron natural ribbon

Come on over and see the other design team samples and play along with us!

By the Tide Wish

I needed another masculine card this month and figured since summer is almost here (I hope!) a fishing one would be great.

I used some Fan Fair dsp for the background and the By the Tide and Word Play stamp sets.

The fish is stamped in Certainly Celery ink and the sentiment in Night of Navy.  I added a Naturals designer brad for a little accent as well.

Celebrate

This is another card I made by using the One Big Sale-a-Bration disc and printing off the sentiment and image using My Digital Studio.

My background is once again embossed with the Fancy Fan folder, but this time on Baja Breeze.  I have also added another layer of Crumb Cake that was embossed with the Honeycomb folder and some Naturals designer buttons for an accent.
