Just for You

This card has been in my stamp a stack collection for a couple months, it uses a piece cut with the Deco labels framelits, although I cut it so that one end was straight instead of curvy.

I chose the Watercolor Words and Project Life Memories in the Making as my stamp sets and also added some texture with the Softly Falling folder on my Real Red background.

Supplies:
Watercolor Words, Project Life Memories in the Making
Real Red, Soft Sky ink
Whisper White, Real Red, Soft Sky card stock
Deco labels framelits
1/8" striped ribbon
Crumb Cake taffeta ribbon
basic rhinestones
Softly Falling folder

For the Bride

I was asked to make some bridal shower cards and thought this pattern from the Shine on specialty paper would be fun to use.

Behind the specialty paper I added some Botanical Gardens designer vellum (SAB 2016) and half of a paper tea lace doily.

My sentiment layer is die cut from the tags and labels framelits and stamped with an image from Cheers for Love.

Supplies:
Cheers for Love
Soft Suede ink
Watermelon Wonder, Whisper White, Pool Party card stock
Shine on Specialty paper
Tags and labels framelits
basic rhinestones
paper tea lace doilies
Botanical garden designer vellum (SAB 2016)

Full Heart

I always like to play with the little gift bags, whether it is the kraft style or this translucent Sketched dots one...

I used a left over heart and banner piece from the January Paper Pumpkin kit alone with a Project Life card that I had been saving the for something (although I don't know what!).  Behind the card that I cut down, I added some 1" dotted lace trim.

I placed a piece of Crumb Cake card stock on the inside and closed it with a mini clothespin.

Supplies:
Watermelon Wonder, Crumb Cake card stock
Project Life card
January Paper Pumpkin kit
Sketched dots tag a bag gift bag
mini clothespin
Mint Macaron 1" dotted lace trim

I was messing around with some scraps of designer series paper on these cards and came up with two different designs.

On the first card, I used some Sweet li'l things designer series paper and Tangelo Twist ink for my "hello".

On the second card, I used some Going Places designer series paper and Tip Top Taupe ink...

Tip Top Taupe, Tangelo Twist ink

March Stamp Club

It is time for stamp club projects again!

I chose a wedding card using the Timeless Elegance designer series paper and Rose Wonder stamp set...

and a confirmation card using the All God's Grace stamp set and Simply Irresistible specialty paper.

The layout also uses a specialty paper - Shine on and I have added a metallic doily and some washi tape as accents.

If you think this looks like fun and would like to try out either my monthly stamp club or my Virtual stamp club, contact me here for more information.

Just for You

My creativity has been severely lacking lately, I am hoping it is just this terrible cold that won't go away that is causing it!  This is a card I made a few days ago while working on a customer order.  It uses the Botanicals for You stamp set (SAB 2016) and some Timeless Elegance designer series paper.

I wanted to add bright colors to the card even though I was using the Timeless Elegance designer series paper so I added some Bermuda Bay, Rich Razzleberry and Daffodil Delight.

Supplies:
Botanicals for You (SAB 2016)
Basic Black, Rich Razzleberry, Daffodil Delight, Bermuda Bay ink
Rich Razzleberry, Bermuda Bay, Very Vanilla card stock
Timeless Elegance dsp
washi tape
