I really like using the stamp set Another Great Year (in the occasions catalog) because of the large Happy Birthday to you image. The banners are fun to color in or just leave alone - either way they look great, but for the following two samples, I colored the banners in with Crisp Cantaloupe.
One card uses some 2013-2015 In Color designer series paper stack and the other uses Retro Fresh designer series paper. Both cards are quite similar, but there are some little changes such as the angle of the sentiment, washi tape, and silver glimmer paper.
