Very Sorry

I always hate to cover up the embossed butterfly images when I made cards with the Beautiful Butterflies hybrid embossing folder. For this card, I used that folder on Soft Sea Foam card stock and then added a piece of Neutrals designer series paper on the corner.

I used a couple of images from the Beautiful Butterflies stamp set on the square piece of designer series paper and added my sentiment from the Prairie Grass stamp set on a die cut made with the Perennial Postage dies. There are also a few Brass Butterflies
added for accents.

Supplies:
Beautiful Butterflies, Prairie Grass
Boho Blue, Soft Sea Foam, Early Espresso ink
Basic White, Soft Sea Foam card stock
Neutrals designer series paper
Perennial Postage dies
Brass Butterflies

The Beautiful Butterflies Hybrid Embossing Folder is a great way to bring fluttery, delicate designs to your paper crafts! With bold butterfly shapes, wings, and label pieces, you can die cut unique butterflies that dance across cards or add butterfly background details to scrapbook pages. One of the dies cuts out a folded butterfly-shaped card. Cut it out, then layer an embossed butterfly on top for depth.

* 1 embossing folder
* Embossing folder size: 6" x 6-1/4" (15.2 x 15.9 cm)
* 12 dies
* Largest die: 4" x 3" (10.2 x 7.6 cm)
* Use with a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine

Our hybrid embossing folders create ornate die-cut pieces with rich texture in one simple pass through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine. The dies fit inside special ridges in the embossing folder for easy, one-step cutouts with dimension. Use the dies and embossing folder together or separately for a variety of looks and styles.

Non Winning Artisan Project #9

So for the first 3D project entry I altered a canvas using reinkers, glue and salt.  Then, I used the Music Notes wheel and added some stamping to it.

The basic rhinestones were colored with reinkers and crystal effects before I added them to the canvas and I also dyed some paper doilies to use for accents.

I found a great Christopher Robin quote that I printed onto some Canvas Creations and then I sponged and spritzed ink over it before I added an image and some recolored basic pearls.

The butterflies are cut from the cardboard box that a My Paper Pumpkin kit came in and then I used the same music notes wheel to add music.

The canvas creations strips behind the picture were dyed just like the paper doilies and then distressed directly with ink pads.

There was lots of dimension and texture in this piece and it is another one that I would have loved to keep, but probably won't spend the time recreating for my own use.

February Stamp Camp

We had another fun Stamp Camp not too long ago and I wanted to share the projects we created.

This little treat holder was CASEd from one Dawn created that I thought was so cute!

This card was also CASEd with a little change, the original was created by Bronwyn Eastley.

Lisa created this one and it uses a stamp set I never looked twice at in the spring catalog, but like what she came up with!

Life is Good

I am excited to share the latest of my projects that posted on UStamp with Dawn and Friends Big Shot Brillance, it is one of my favorites and I love the way it came together.

The base is a 11 x 14 canvas and I used tons of Big Shot dies and impressions folders and materials on it.

There is still time to come over and see all of the project by our awesome designers!
