Sharing Some More Love

Well, I didn't get these posted before Valentine's Day but thought I would still share them with you.  A few of them could be used for weddings, etc. as well.

The stamp set I used on these is called You are Loved.

A variety of framelits, embossing folders and embellishments were used as well as the Artisan Embellishment kit.

The saying on the card above is actually printed on the dsp (More Amore).

Hope you enjoy them!

Happy I Do Day

Today's card is a quick and easy one that uses the Big shot for almost everything.  The Not Quite Navy background is embossed with the Elegant Lines folder; the heart is cut from the Hearts framelits collection and then embossed with the Perfect Polka Dots folder; then I cut two apothecary accents for the glimmer paper and the sentiment.

I added a basic rhinestone to the sentiment which is from the Word Play stamp set and is also one of the single stamps available for purchase.

Direction of your Dreams

This is the second scrapbook page I used as an Artisan Award entry (sorry about the glare on the picture!).  I added some journaling after I took the picture...

Each square has the top layer embossed - I used three folders - stripes, elegant lines and perfect polka dots.  It is pretty difficult to see that in the pictures, but it gives a neat effect.

Just a few more left to share!

CCMC-SUM03

My preorder goodies arrived yesterday so I had to start playing with them!  On this card, I used one of the new hostess sets called Faith in Nature.

I decided to tie my playing in with the color challenge at Create with Connie and Mary Summer Edition.

The picture is a little dark, I apologize for that.  I stamped the pear image on watercolor paper with Black Stazon ink and then used markers and blender pens to color it in.  The background is textured with the Elegant Lines impressions folder.

and the inside with the butterfly in Cherry Cobbler ink.

Sweet and Sour flowers

More playing with the Fun Flowers die, this time using the Sweet and Sour Specialty paper.

I added some more texture with the Elegant Lines impresions folder on Pink Pirouette card stock and a small border of Pumpkin Pie punched with the eyelet border punch.  The brad is from the clearance rack and the sentiment from Word Play, stamped and layered with Melon Mambo.

Elegant lines and fabric

This is Mary Jo's sketch for the week...

I used some of the Springtime Vintage Fabric that I spritzed with Vanilla Shimmer Smooch Spritz layered on some So Saffron paper that was run through the Elegant Lines impressions folder.

The sentiment is stamped on a piece that was cut from the Petal Cone die and the base of the card is Baja Breeze.  I was experimenting with some outside photos and this doesn't show the colors as well as I had hoped it would.  I think I will stick to my inside lighting system :)

Altered Note Book

I found the cutest little note books on clearance one day while I was shopping and although they were already adorable as they were, I decided to alter this one.  I used the Sweet Stitches designer series paper, fabric and fabric brad along with the Elegant lines impressions folder.
The stamp sets are Word Play and Morning Cup

Nugget tins

These are some more quick and easy gifts for teachers, co-workers, etc. and another way to use up scraps of paper (can you tell what one of my goals is?).  Each tin holds 12 of the Hershey's nuggets.

I used the Elegant lines impressions folder for the card stock around this one and I think it turned out great.
