Welcome Sweet Pea

Recently I put together some baby cards pairing the Sweet Peas stamp set and Full of Life designer series paper. I love the bright colors in the designer series paper and wanted to use
that for the cards.

The image was stamped with Memento Black ink and colored in with Stampin' Blends, the leaf images were stamped with Old Olive ink.
There is a punched-out piece of Old Olive behind the Deckled Circles die cut made with a retired punch.

Thanks

I was playing around with the You Are Beautiful stamp set recently and these cards are a couple that I came up with. The stamped image is on a piece of Full of Life designer series paper using
Lost Lagoon ink.

In the background I used one of the Basics 3D embossing folders on a piece of Lemon Lolly card stock. After I added the stamped designer series paper, I wrapped a piece of White 3/4" Frayed ribbon around both pieces before placing it on the card base.
The sentiment is from the Attention Shoppers stamp set and the die cut came from the Designer Tags dies. There are a few Adhesive Backed Shiny Sequins for accents as well.

Boy Birthday

Some more cards using leftover pieces...I had printed some of this designer series paper from My Digital Studio (called On the Go) and had leftovers from another project.  I decided it was time to use the rest so I put together some boy cards with it.

The sentiment is from the Full of Life stamp set and I have also used some 3" circles, apothecary accents, the Chevron, Stripes and Perfect Polka Dots folders.

Island Indigo was used for the ink color and the card stock choices were Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla, Island Indigo and Soft Suede.

Now to pick the little boys to give the card to! :)

Don't for get about the Online Extravaganza!  Just a few more days of 20 to 50% lots and lots of great products.

Circles

Apparently before I was introduced to Stampin' Up!, they sold sheets of circles (must have been before the punches?).  A friend at a retreat was on a mission to use up a bunch of them that she had purchased and never used so she was sharing :)  I made quite a few cards with a sheet of them, but thought it would be fun to use the negative part as well.

I cut part of the sheet and attached it to some Daffodil Delight and then ran it through the Vintage Wallpaper impressions folder.  Then, just added a quick sentiment, a scrap of fabric and a fabric brad to finish it off.  It was a fun little challenge to lighten things up and get some more creative juices flowing!
